入选标准
- •(1) a person aged 65 or older who has been diagnosed with diabetes for more than six months
- •(2) those who are in the pre-action stage (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation) for both diet and physical activity
- •(3) a person who has at least one device for accessing ZOOM, such as a smartphone, tablet PC, or laptop.
- •(4) a person who has no communication difficulties
- •(5) those who do not have any problems with cognitive function according to the results of the Cognitive Disorder Screening Test (CIST)
排除标准
- •(1) A person who participates in another diabetes self-management program within the same period
- •(2) those who have difficulty communicating even when using assistive devices such as magnifiers and hearing aids
- •(3) a person who refuses to participate in the study
