- •Gestational age > 34 weeks
- •Birthweight > 2 kg
- •Undergoing abdominal surgeries
- •Elective/emergency surgeries
排除标准
- •Gestational age <= 34 weeks
- •Neonates with pre-existing fever, Hypothermia, sepsis
- •Hemodynamically unstable or under more than one vasopressors
- •Diagnosed hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism
- •Refusal by the parents to give consent
