入选标准
- •Written, informed consent to participate in the present study
- •- Age 18 years or older
- •- ECOG performance status 0-2
- •- Strong radiological suspicion of supratentorial glioma (low- or high-grade)
- •- Patient scheduled for neurosurgical biopsy/resection of the brain lesion
排除标准
- •- MR contraindications: metallic implants (pacemaker, surgical clips, prosthetic heart valves, cochlear implants, etc.), claustrophobia, pregnancy
- •- Uncontrolled epileptic seizures
- •- Prior diagnosis of invasive cancer or glioma
- •- Prior chemo- or radiotherapy
