Inclusion Criteria

Students with native German language skills who are in the Psychotherapy master's program at the University of Lübeck and are interested in a research internship with accompanying ACT training in the form of ACT for Health; To carry out the research internship, the formal requirements for carrying out the research internship required for the degree program must be fulfilled

Exclusion Criteria

Students who, despite meeting the inclusion criteria, have no opportunity to regularly participate in the ACT for Health training

Change in psychological flexibility at the end of the ACT for Health training, which is recorded using specific questionnaires (Acceptance and Action Questionnaire II (AAQ-II) and Multidimensional Psychological Flexibility Inventory (MPFI))

Changes in psychological stress, ability to regulate emotions, health-related quality of life, psychological resilience and self-compassion at the end of the ACT for Health training, which are also measured using specific questionnaires that have proven to be valid and reliable for measuring the constructs (e.g. DASS-21, SEK-27, SF12v2, SCS-SF)
