Inclusion Criteria
Patients of ASA physical status 1 and 2 Patients willing to participate Patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refusal to participate Patients with pregnancy, morbid obesity, full stomach and emergency surgery Patients with ASA physical status 3 and above.

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of Bupivacaine plus tramadol vs Bupivacaine plus dexmedetomidine as preincisional infiltration. From administration of drug to upto 24 hours after surgery
