Inclusion:
1.Thai Nationality 2.Age 18-29 years old 3.Male sex at birth 4.Self-identifies as woman or TGW or culturally identifies with the female spectrum 5.Laboratory confirmed HIV negative status 6.Self-reported recent history of condomless sex 7.Either not started PrEP (Group 1: PrEP naive) or currently on PrEP but not adherent (taking 3 pills/week) in the past month (Group 2: PrEP users)
Exclusion:
1.A serious cognitive or psychiatric problem compromising ability to provide informed consent
2.Active suicidal ideation or major mental illness (e.g., untreated psychosis or mania) at the time of interview (patients will be referred for treatment) 3.Laboratory or clinical findings that would preclude PrEP initiation (e.g., decreased creatinine clearance) 4.Currently enrolled in another HIV intervention study

Name Time Method Phase IA (R21 Phase) ADAPT-ITT First phase of ADAPT-ITT model. We propose to utilize a qualitative approach to explore PrEP uptake and usage in young TGW. conduct interviews 40 HIV-neg TGW, 10 providers, community health workers.
