Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients with Dyspeptic symptoms such as epigastric pain, heart burn, flatulence, early satiety.
  • •2\)Patients who are undergoing Upper GI endoscopy for the first time in Deptt. of Gastroenterology in IGMC, Shimla .
  • •3\)Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
  • •4\)Normal Hearing to be checked by watch test

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Not giving Consent for the study
  • •2\.Inability to communicate.
  • •3\.Previous endoscopy procedures
  • •4\.Impaired Hearing
  • •5\.Not able to fill the Proforma
  • •6\.Hemodynamic Instability
  • •7\.On Antihypertensive Drugs
  • •8\.On Anti psychotic Drugs
  • •9\. Patient on Antibiotics, Proton Pump Inhibitor in the last Two week
  • •10\.Patient requiring Emergency Endoscopic Procedure
