Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients with Dyspeptic symptoms such as epigastric pain, heart burn, flatulence, early satiety.
- •2)Patients who are undergoing Upper GI endoscopy for the first time in Deptt. of Gastroenterology in IGMC, Shimla .
- •3)Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
- •4)Normal Hearing to be checked by watch test
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Not giving Consent for the study
- •2.Inability to communicate.
- •3.Previous endoscopy procedures
- •4.Impaired Hearing
- •5.Not able to fill the Proforma
- •6.Hemodynamic Instability
- •7.On Antihypertensive Drugs
- •8.On Anti psychotic Drugs
- •9. Patient on Antibiotics, Proton Pump Inhibitor in the last Two week
- •10.Patient requiring Emergency Endoscopic Procedure
- •11.Patient with prescheduled Therapeutic Endoscopic Procedure
