Inclusion Criteria

Male patients having sign and symptoms of Klaibya (ED) viz.

Inability to maintain the erection,

Lack of penile rigidity,

Unable to penetrate etc.

as well as symptoms of Shukra Kshaya viz.

Chira praseka of sukra (delayed ejaculation),

Shukra praseka with shonita (ejaculation with bleeding),

Intense pain in testicles and felling of dhuma (smoke) coming out of medhra (urethra).

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with chronic / systemic disease like DM, Hypertension, IHD, COPD etc.

Erectile Dysfunction due to nerve damage ex. Accidental injury like spinal cord injury and due to surgery of colon, prostate, bladder and rectum.
