入排标准

入选标准

  • 1. BMI between optimum range 18.5-24.5 kg/m2.
  • 2. Players who perform 4 -5 weekly soccer sessions & are doing regular fitness training.
  • 3. Players with hamstring to quadriceps ratio (H:Q) within normative range using 1-RM test.
  • 4. Subjects who play soccer from at least past 2 years.

排除标准

  • 1. History of muscle injury at the posterior thigh within six months before the start of the study.
  • 2. Any major injury that may influence the effect of training program.
  • 3. Absence from regular training due to any reason from 3 months.
