Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women aged 35 to 70 years; with confirmed diagnosis of fibromyalgia between 1 and 3 years; presence of sensitivity in at least 11 of the 18 specific pain points according to the American College of Rheumatology criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers who present; any concomitant illness that may be exacerbated by physical activity; pregnancy; orthopedic limitations; inflammatory diseases; degenerative diseases; articular; respiratory or cardiovascular diseases; who are being followed up with a psychiatrist; who perform physical activity for the same 2 times a week; (acute hernia, thrombosis, diabetes, epilepsy, metabolic or neuromuscular diseases, orthopedic injuries and prosthetics); use immunosuppressive medication.
