Inclusion Criteria
1)Patient from age group between 16-60 years.
2)Patient will be selected irrespective of sex, religion, occupation etc.
3)Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Amavata.
4)Patients fulfilling ARA criteria 1987 or 2010 ACR-EULAR criteria.
5)Patients who have been already treated with medicines or therapies for Amavata.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Cancer.
2)Pregnant and lactating women.
3)Patients with serious medical illness and psychiatric disorder.
4)Patients with severe deformity.
5)Obesity (BMI >30kg/meter square).
6)Gouty arthritis
