- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate surgical and aesthetic outcomes of transconjunctival with lateral

canthotomy and supraorbital eyebrow approach to access superolateral orbital rim in zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures with respect to ease of access and complications.

Timepoint: Clinical outcomes will be evaluated post operatively at 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate intra-operative time required for access through transconjunctival

with lateral canthotomy and supraorbital eyebrow approach to access

superolateral orbital rim in zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture.

Timepoint: Intra operative time : Time required for exposure of fracture site ie the time of incision placement till the completion of exposure will

be calculated in minutes using stopwatch.

;To evaluate the incidence of complications with transconjunctival with lateral

canthotomy and supraorbital eyebrow approach to access superolateral

orbital rim in zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture.Timepoint: Incidence of complications will be evaluated at 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months
