Brief Summary

This study is a randomized,outcome assessor blinded, parallel group, single center study assessing the effects of early pulsed therapeutic Ultrasound therapy after zone2 Flexor tendon repair.The primary outcome measures the active range of motion of the affected fingers using Original Strickland criteria at 3 months.The secondary out come measures the PIP Jt flexion contracture and extensor deficit.

ZONE2 FLEXOR TENDON INJURY.

Exclusion Criteria

FRACTURES CRUSH INJURIES EXTENSOR APPARATUS INJURY SINGLE TENDON INJURY MULTIPLE LEVEL INJURY OF FLEXOR TENDONS.
