Inclusion Criteria
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease of any type; aged 7-20 years; restricted dorsiflexion range of motion
Exclusion Criteria
Previous surgery to foot or ankle, recent ankle sprain or fracture to either foot, stretching program within last 2 months.

Name Time Method The subject's ability to perform functional tasks will be measured using the Patient Specific Functional Scale.[Measured at baseline, and again after 4 weeks and 8 weeks.]
