Inclusion Criteria
age between 50 to 65 years; knee joint stiffness less than 30 minutes; mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. Exclusion criteria: severe osteoarthritis (grade iv) according to ACR classification; secondary osteoarthritis; acute synovitis.
