Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who undergo laparoscopic living donor liver resection
- •ASA physical status I or II
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status III or more
- •Severe impaired coagulation profile (equal or more than INR 1\.5 last coagulation test before the surgery)
- •Pathients who have systemic infection or local infection on lumbar
- •Chronic pain patients
- •Patients who don'r understand about study or refuse the study
- •Patients allergic to local anesthetics
- •Patients who have history of severe psychological disease
