入选标准
- •1)Security guards of both genders
- •between age of 30-50 years,
- •who had experience of 1 years or more with working of 8 hours per day
- •2)Pain due to Myofascial trigger points in calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus )
排除标准
- •1)history of trauma to lower limb , any diagnosed case of local and systemic infection, malignancy, any history of neurological disorders, orthopedic disorder or fracture, psychological disorder and involvement in any form of active sport.
- •2)Open wound around lower limb.
- •Hypersensitive skin
