- •Group 1: Proband must own a mobile device, proband must be able to operate a mobile device, proband must not have any physical complaints (must feel physically healthy);
- •Group 2: Proband must own a mobile device, proband must be able to operate a mobile device, physician, uses the Herodikos app for patients with back pain

- •Group 1: severe functional, visual or auditory limitations that do not allow independent performance of the exercises, inability to understand the study content and study procedure (e.g. due to cognitive or language limitations);
