Inclusion Criteria
1. Women aged 18-35yrs in postpartum period (6 weeks-6months)
2. Primiparous women.
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of MSK disorder of spine or lower extremities like intervertebral
disc prolapse, stenosis, leg length discrepancies, 2. Previous surgeries of spine like laminectomy, disectomy and presence of
any congenital deformities of spine.
• Previous history of abdominal surgery except caesarean section.
• Relevant neurological deficits.
