1. Respondents will be confined to age group of 21-60 year
2. Study will be done on obese patients from SSL Hospital BHU
3. Patient having clinical symptoms of obesity
Patient with the BMI >29.9 will be included in this study
4. Patient with WHR > 0.90 (men) and > 0.85 (women) will be included patient willing to trial
Patient below the age of 21 and above 60 will be excluded from study.
Patient with BMI <29.9 will be excluded from study
Patients with WHR < 0.90 (men) and < 0.85 (women) will be included patient who are not willing to trail
•Pregnant and lactating mother are excluded from study.
•Patient suffering from any severe systemic disease. (like renal failure, hepatic failure, cardiac failure, cancer, genetic and endocrinal disorder will be excluded from study)
