简要总结

The Study Titled Effectiveness of Neuromuscular Exercises in Improving Postural Alignment Among Individuals with Lower Crossed Syndrome A  Quasi Experimental Study  Aims to evaluate whether neuromuscular exercises can correct the postural deviations seen in Lower Crossed Syndrome  A condition caused by weak abdominal and gluteal muscles with tight hip flexors and lumbar extensors. Lower Crossed Syndrome if untreated can lead to pain reduced mobility and further musculoskeletal issues and although exercise based rehabilitation is essential evidence on the most effective protocol is limited This quasi experimental pre and post test study will include 30 individuals aged 18 40 years diagnosed with Lower Crossed Syndrome recruited from a physiotherapy outpatient department after baseline assessment and informed consent participants will undergo a structured neuromuscular exercise program three times per week with post intervention reassessment at eight weeks using digital photogrammetry  pain scales and disability index   The collected data will be analyzed using paired t tests or non parametric tests to determine whether neuromuscular exercises significantly improve posture reduce pain and enhance function supporting their use as an effective rehabilitation strategy for Lower Crossed Syndrome
