The ability to understand and speak Persian
Ability to read and write in Persian language

The confirmation of the diagnosis of the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)by an expert practitioner (rheumatology)
Having skin rash, hair shedding or corticosteroids consumption, and the changes caused by it
See the lupus clinic, shariati Hospital
Follow-up and treatment records in this clinic for at least three months
Having a limiting mental and physical illness
A recent critical event or event such as the loss of loved ones and divorce

Name Time Method Body image. Timepoint: Before intervention , after the intervention is over, and one month after the intervention is over . Method of measurement: Body Image Lupus Scale (BILS).;Psychological distress. Timepoint: Before intervention , after the intervention is over , and one month after the intervention is over. Method of measurement: Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21).
