- •High caries risk patients according to caries risk assessment form.

- •Children in low and moderate risk category.
- •Children with known egg allergy
- •Medically compromised patients
- •Patients with history of antibiotics intake thirty days prior or during the course of the study
- •Children whose parents refused to give consent
