Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 - 65
Tibiashaft fracture which has been treated with an intramedullary nail more than 6 months earlier
Exclusion Criteria
Gustillo III-C open fractures
Pre-operative knee pain
Lost to follow-up
Contraindication for lidocain
Insufficient understanding of the Dutch language to fill in questionaires
