Patients with thermal burn injury leading to formation of hypertrophic scars around major joints
Exclusion Criteria
The patients within three months of burn injury will be excluded

Name Time Method The expected outcome of this study would be better understanding of how WNT signaling pathway functions at the molecular level in human post burn hypertrophic scar fibroblasts <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The hypertrophic scar derived fibroblasts would be treated with WNT inhibitors/activator for 7 days and then RNA and proteins would be harvested for molecular analysis
