Inclusion Criteria

Males and females in the age group of 20-40 years suffering from chronic non specific low back pain and

willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals with chronic low back pain with a neural component, i.e., diagnosed and /or

presenting with a prolapsed intervertebral disc and/or radiculopathy.

Individuals with congenital/traumatic/infective/inflammatory affections of the spine, upper

limb/s and lower limb/s.

Individuals with chronic low back pain having recently undergone a surgery of the spine and

/ or lower limb/s and/or upper limb/s.

Individuals with a pain intensity =7 on NPRS.

Individuals suffering from severe cardiovascular disease and/or metabolic, autoimmune

disease.

Individuals with a BMI of = 30 kg/m2

Individuals suffering from any neurological disorder.

Pregnant females.

Individuals diagnosed with osteoporosis.

Individuals on a graded exercise programme
