入选标准
- •1. patient with non-specific neck pain without radicular pain for more than 3 months
- •2. patient with non-specific neck pain without radicular pain for more than 3 months who are not improve after receiving medical treatment. (not improve define as numeric rating scale more than 4 or pain disturb function in daily life)
- •3. MRI finding dose not find surgical condition
- •4. positive result from diagnostic block
排除标准
- •1. negative result from diagnostic block
- •2. allergic to lidocaine or bupivacaine
- •3. have local infection at the area proceeding the procedure
- •4. coagulopathy
- •5. chronic neck pain from malignancy
- •6. unstable and severe underlying disease
