•1.Patient with age group 30 to 60 years
•2.Patient having minimum 3 signs and symptoms of gridhrasi i.e shool, sthambha, toda, graha, gridhravatachalan, kaphaj lakshanas- tandra, gaurava, vanhimardava,bhaktadwesh.

•1.Patients who are contraindicated for basti as per brihatrayi.
•2.Mentruating womens, medical conditions related to female reproductive system, pregnant and PNC patients.
•3.Patients having spinal deformities, severe traumatic injury to spinal cord and having unbearable pain
•4.Patients having chronic and major illness like cardiac, renal, autoimmune diseases etc.
•5.known sero positive
•6. known potts spine, acute vertebral disc prolapse, bamboo spine, vertebral fusion
•7. any abdominal surgical procedures
