Inclusion Criteria
1)Confirmed cases of RA in the age group of more than 18 years.
2)Disease activity score (DAS28ESR) more than 2.6
Exclusion Criteria
1)Seronegative arthritis
2) Pregnant women
3)Other autoimmune conditions like SLE, psoriatic arthritis
4) Patients with deformity of limbs
5)Patients with extra articular manifestations

Name Time Method To study the pulmonary function and nerve function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. <br/ ><br>To study the effect of 12 weeks yoga therapy on pulmonary function and nerve function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. <br/ ><br>Improvement in pulmonary Function Test <br/ ><br>parameters like FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, FEF 25%-75%, PEFR and nerve conduction parameters like distal latency, amplitude and nerve conduction velocity. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: baseline and at the end of 12 weeks.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method improvement in Biochemical and hematological parameters such as Hb, WBC, ESR, CRP, Anticcp, RF, IL-1, IL-6, IL-17, TNF-α, Malondialdehyde, total antioxidants and clinical signs such as swelling and tenderness in the joints.Timepoint: baseline and at the end of 12 weeks.
