1) bilateral idiopathic femoral head necrosis
2) One side was crshed(stage 3A or higher), and total hip arthroplasty is performed
3) Other side was idiopathic osteonecrosis of femoral head; Stage 1 or 2 and type C
4) Age 20 years old and more than 20 years old, 50 years old and less than 50 years old
1) Patients with abnormal platelet counts inperipheral blood (less than 50,000 / uL) or patients with obvious bleeding tendency
2) Patient who smokes a lot (Brinkman index > 600)
3) Anemia less than Hb10
4) Uncontrolled blood gloucose
5) Patients with malignancy
6) Patients less than 6 months after onset of cardiac inf arction or cerebral infarction
7) Predictive survival period is less than 1 year
8) Active infectious disease (HBV, HCV, HIV, syphilis)
9) Dialysis patients
10) Patiens with dementia or coma
11) Previous surgical history for proximal femur
12) Anesthesist has determined that it is not suitable for general anesthesia
13) Doctor has determined that it is not suitable for this clinical study
