Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) bilateral idiopathic femoral head necrosis
- •2\) One side was crshed(stage 3A or higher), and total hip arthroplasty is performed
- •3\) Other side was idiopathic osteonecrosis of femoral head; Stage 1 or 2 and type C
- •4\) Age 20 years old and more than 20 years old, 50 years old and less than 50 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with abnormal platelet counts inperipheral blood (less than 50,000 / uL) or patients with obvious bleeding tendency
- •2\) Patient who smokes a lot (Brinkman index \> 600\)
- •3\) Anemia less than Hb10
- •4\) Uncontrolled blood gloucose
- •5\) Patients with malignancy
- •6\) Patients less than 6 months after onset of cardiac inf arction or cerebral infarction
- •7\) Predictive survival period is less than 1 year
- •8\) Active infectious disease (HBV, HCV, HIV, syphilis)
- •9\) Dialysis patients
- •10\) Patiens with dementia or coma
