Inclusion Criteria

1.Aged greater than 18 years old
2.Suffering from muscle pain rating by Numeric Rating Pain Scales (NRS) at least 4.
3.Having muscle tightness which disturb range of motion, activities of daily living or ambulation.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Having active coagulopathy.
2.Having active skin & soft tissue infection on the area receiving intervention.
3.Underlying psychiatric illness which affect judgment for managing the problems.
4.Hesitating for receiving intervention.
