Inclusion Criteria

patients according to psychological indication and psychologist confirmation are entered to study patients excep who are older than 70 and those have medical contraindication for atropine and hyoscine. patients have tachy cardia,bradycardia,arrythmia,hypotension and hypertension are excluded.
