Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Carcinoma oropharynx patients with histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma and are planned for radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy with a curative intent
- •2\)patients of age greater than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients less than 18 years of age and greater than 75 years of age
- •2\)Patients with underlying conditions such as stroke , dementia, neuromuscular diseases, that had already caused or may cause dysphagia
- •3\)Head and neck cancers other than oropharynx as the primary site
- •4\)Any prior surgery or radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy for head and neck neoplasms
