入选标准
- •1.Individuals with fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels between 100-125 mg/dl or hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) levels between 5.7-6.4%.
- •2.Not consuming any herbal supplements for at least 1 month prior to participating in the study.
- •3.Not consuming any herbal supplements for at least 1 month prior to participating in the study.
- •4.Must be willing volunteers who are able to participate in follow-up tests and the study for a duration of 8 weeks
排除标准
- •1.Individuals with diabetes.
- •2.Patients with other causes leading to high blood sugar levels such as receiving steroids, having chronic liver disease.
- •3.Cancer patients undergoing treatment.
- •4.Patients with kidney disease with blood creatinine levels greater than or equal to 2 milligrams/deciliter or undergoing kidney replacement therapy.
- •5.Patients with chronic liver disease or having aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) enzymes levels greater than 3 times the normal value.
- •6.Taking medication affecting blood sugar levels.
- •7.Pregnant or lactating women.
