入排标准
入选标准
- •\* Patient (age \< 20yr , \> 80yr)
- •\* subacute to chronic stroke (\>1 months)
- •\* Moderate to severe UE functional impairment
- •\* Thai\-language speaking
- •\* Having a vascular brain lesion demonstrated by cerebral imaging.
排除标准
- •\* Patient with unstable medical condition eg. BP \<90/60 mmHg, BP \>180/110 mmHg, PR \> 120bpm.
- •\* Upper\-limb contracture more than functional ROM
- •\* Contraindication for EA ; wearing pacemaker or embedded neural stimulator, Epilepsy, Malignant cardiac arrhythmia and pregnancy
- •\* Traumatic conditions of the affected hand/peripheral nerve injury
- •\* Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorder
- •\* Being unable to perform the task or understand the instructions
