Inclusion Criteria
34 patients who are already diagnosed as having COVID-19 and admitted for close observation
Exclusion Criteria
1. those who have physical handicap to take self oral sample
2. those who have severe disease and uncoscious using respriatory assist in intensive care unit
3. those who are determined by physician not able to perform self-sampling
