Inclusion Criteria

1.Newly diagnosed case of Hypothyroidism.

2.Serum ultrasensitive TSH level more than 5 micro IU/ML and less than 15 micro IU/ML

Exclusion Criteria

1.Immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppressive drugs.

2.Patients suffering from life threatening diseases.

3.Pregnancy and Lactating mother.

4.K/C/O Thyroid Neoplasia.

5.Progressive cases of Myxoedema coma.

6.Congenital Hypothyroidism.

7.Patients contraindicated for Nasya Karma.
