Clinically diagnosed with chronic sinusitis.
Age over 18 years and under 65 years.
The subject has been informed about the study, consents to participate, cooperates well, and has signed the informed consent form.
Clear surgical indications with significant anatomical abnormalities in the nasal cavity.
Received chronic sinusitis medication or other treatments within one month prior to enrollment.
Have bad habits of smoking or drinking, drug abuse, or substance use.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women; individuals planning to conceive.
Patients with allergic tendencies and known allergies to the medication used in this study.
Patients with major systemic diseases involving cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, or hematological systems; patients on long-term anticoagulant medication.
Patients with mental, intellectual, language, or communication disorders who cannot cooperate.
Patients allergic to alcohol, those with needle phobia, or otherwise unsuitable for acupuncture.
