入选标准
- •Informed written consent for participation in
- •Age: 20 to 80 years.
- •Gender: Either gender.
- •Patients scheduled for elective lower limb
- •ASA physical status I, II
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Chronic illness e.g. ischemic heart disease,
- •diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma,
- •bronchitis, sinusitis.
- •Chronic headache like : Migraine
- •Hypertension.
- •Previously operated under spinal anaesthesia
- •with past history of PDPH.
- •Patients with multiple dural punctures during
- •Patients having Physical status higher than
- •Patients having any spinal deformity.
- •Patients having contraindication of spinal
- •anaesthesia.
- •Age < 20 and >80 years
- •Bleeding disorders
