入选标准
- •Fragility hip fracture including femoral neck fracture or pertrochanteric fracture
- •Planned surgical treatment and participation in ERAS protocol
- •Pre-fracture independent ambulation with or without gait aid for at least 10 meters or pre-fracture mFAC 6 or higher
- •Weight bearing allowed after surgery
- •Able to communicate in Thai
排除标准
- •Multiple fractures
- •Malignancy-related pathological fracture
- •Recent major lower extremity injury affecting mobility or weight bearing within 3 to 6 months
- •Subsequent condition affecting ambulation recovery such as stroke
- •Delay to surgery more than 72 hours
- •Length of hospital stay more than 2 weeks
- •Severe cognitive impairment defined as TMSE less than 13
