Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Manyastambha with special reference to Cervical Spondylosis.

3) Patients with controlled Hypertension and Diabetes.

4) Patient Yogya for Nasya Karma.

5) Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with Congenital deformity, fracture of cervical spine, cervical canal stenosis, cervical myelopathy, Infections of bone and Gross bony deformity.

2) Patients with other systemic disorders.

3) Pregnancy and lactation
