Inclusion Criteria
Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Prameha.
Patients fit for Basti Karma.
Patients with clinical positive history of Type II Diabetes for 5 to 10 years.
Patients who give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with PPBS >320mg/dl, HbA1C above 10.
History of frequent and/ severe allregic reactions with multiple medications.
Diagnosed cases of other Endocrine and Metabolic disorders.
Patients with Type I DM, Infectious diseases, Malignancy.
Chain smokers, alcoholics, pregnant and lactating women.
Patients unsuitable for Basti karma.
Patients with other diabetic complications like Nephropathy, Diabetic Heart Disease, Ketoacidosis.
