Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Study inclusion criteria are as follows:
  • 17 \- 24 years old.
  • Living in Australia.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Own and have access to a smartphone.
  • Experienced suicidal thoughts in the past 30 days.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Study exclusion criterion is as follows:
  • Have been diagnosed with psychosis or a bipolar disorder in the past 30 days (because of increased risk to this vulnerable group).
