Exclusion Criteria

Neurological disorders and abnormal perception of skin
Disease which affect the perception of skin such as diabetes
Abnormal skin lesion on dorsum of the hand uch as ulcers, scars, swelling
Allery to lidocaine and preservatives
Unable to communicate
