Inclusion Criteria
Patients who had been diagnosed as osteoarthritis knee according to American college of rheumatology
Exclusion Criteria
secondary osteoarthritis knee, inflammatory joint disease, previous knee infection, or previous knee surgery, high risk for injection treatment such as immunocompromised host, on anticoagulants, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders; and susceptibility to platelet dysfunction such as antiplatelet drugs use, low platelet count(<150,000/mm3), or autoimmune disorders
