Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who had been diagnosed as osteoarthritis knee according to American college of rheumatology
Exclusion Criteria
- •secondary osteoarthritis knee, inflammatory joint disease, previous knee infection, or previous knee surgery, high risk for injection treatment such as immunocompromised host, on anticoagulants, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders; and susceptibility to platelet dysfunction such as antiplatelet drugs use, low platelet count(\<150,000/mm3\), or autoimmune disorders
