Inclusion Criteria

All adult patients (18-65 years) presenting with Periapical lesion that requires Apicectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases,

2) Patients who are not willing to give consent for participation in the study,

3) Extensive lesion that requires intervention under general anesthesia,

4) Lesions of non endodontic origin
