Inclusion Criteria
1. allergic rhinitis patients at the Outpatient Otolaryngology clinic
2. At least one month of medical treatment and symptoms are not well controlled
Exclusion Criteria
1.previous nasal or sinus surgery within 3 months
2.presence of sinusitis
3.On systemic corticosteroid
4.Presence of skin infection/inflammation on the area of acupressure, bleeding tendency หรืà¸à¸à¸²à¸£à¸•รวจ Peak nasal inspiratory flow
5.asthma
