Inclusion Criteria
severe aortic stenosis
- elective minimal invasive OP (MIC LAT S technique)
- normal preoperative EF (>=50%)
- normal sinus rhythm
- written informed consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- rhythm other than sinus at T1 or T2
- hemodynamically relevant aortic insufficiency
- hemodynamically relevant mitral stenosis or insufficiency
- anatomically bicuspid aortic valve
- redo surgery
