Inclusion Criteria
- both male and female patients of age ≥ 13 yrs
- patients underwent elective major operations which used spinal, general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia
- patients who give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- patients who are seriously ill
- patients with mental disorder
- patients unable to respond to verbal questions
- operation under local anesthesia
