Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) patients of age 18\-60 years of age
- •2\)Patients in American Society of Anaesthesiology Classification I and II
- •3\) Patient who were candidates for orthognathic surgery involving an intraoral incision.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)History of systemic disease, coagulopathy, bleeding disorder.
- •2\)Patients in American Society of Anaesthesiology Classification 3 and 4
- •3\)Patients under corticosteroid therapy.
- •4\)Patients requiring surgery involving extraoral incision.
